Quite simply, Mark Mellor is a Strongroom legend. Our best ever all-rounder, he nearly always contributed something meaningful with bat or ball. A deceptively short run-up resulted in penetrative bowling, and his simple batting technique produced explosive run-scoring against all types of attack. Mark also pulled off some unbelievable fielding and catching. Mark has not been seen on a cricket ground since 2017. |
