Jolyon bowls off-breaks and leg-spin, and his wafty, stylish batting yields useful runs. 1997 was his best season, where Jolyon topped both the batting and bowling averages. Often observed making wry comments whilst lounging around in a casual jacket, he remains our most laid-back cricketer. Jolyon once turned down a late-match call up on the grounds that he was 'reading poetry in a cafe on the Fulham Road'. |
